AS THE ARTIST, i maintain the right to deny any commission requested of me if i am uncomfortable with the subject material, believe myself to not be capable of fulfilling your request, simply do not feel up to it, etc.

You will only receive a High Resolution digital file of your commission -- in PNG format through e-mail. No physical print/object will be delivered to clients

AS THE ARTIST, I maintain the right to post my work on social media as well as use in portfolio and website unless otherwise requested not to

AS THE CLIENT, reposting of my work is allowed so long as proper credit is given to me as the artist. You will not claim my work as your own creation.

COMMERCIAL USE of my work will require a 100% upcharge of the original commission price. Commercial use includes anything where you use my work in any way for financial gain and includes but is not limited to: merchandise, streaming/video assets, and brand & business promotional material.

AS THE CLIENT, you WILL NOT use my work in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs or any form of cryptocurrency.

AS THE CLIENT, you WILL NOT use my work in any artificial intelligence or machine-learning program.

I typically only accept upfront payments via PayPal before I start any commission.

If your commission totals to be over $200, I am open to accepting partial payments. I will accept 50% upfront and 50% once the piece is complete. Only when a commission is paid in full will I send you the work.

AS THE ARTIST, I maintain the right to cancel and refund payment for any commission asked of me at any time. I will automatically cancel commissions that are not paid for within a week of the invoice being issued unless the reasons for the delay are discussed with me prior

AS THE CLIENT, if I take over 6 months without progress on your request without reasonable explanation, you may request a full refund for your commission. Otherwise, refunds/cancellations/chargebacks are not allowed

AS THE CLIENT, you are allowed an unlimited amount of changes and edits to be made during the sketch stage. AFTER THE SKETCH STAGE, you are allowed up to TWO minor changes to be made to the piece. This excludes color palette corrections e.g. your character's hair is blue rather than purple.

AS THE CLIENT, it is your responsibility to ensure that I include details that you wish for me to follow

Larger changes during the painting/coloring stage will come with an extra fee. When the piece is mostly done (~80-90%), major changes are not permitted at all

Upon submitting a commission request, expect a confirmation e-mail within 1-2 days. If you do not get a response from me within a week, please understand that I will not be taking your commission.

COMMISSIONS ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE and i work on commissions mostly in order of when I receive requests. if you wish for something to be completed before a certain deadline, PLEASE LET ME KNOW, and keep in mind rush fees if the deadline is soon

It usually takes me 1-2 MONTHS to complete a commission due to my schedule, and if any delays are to occur (such as if I am working on a rush order), you will be notified

i will send you a series of sketches for your commission via email or social media for your perusal. once the sketch is to your liking, i will work on it until it is finished and send it to you.

work-in-progress screenshots will be sent to you periodically for approval and feedback, especially at large checkpoints (e.g. line-art, flat colors, etc.), and can also be sent upon request, though i ask that you do not request these so frequently
